How department access works

LEOnidas is designed for department-level deployment. Access is granted at the agency level — we create a department account, then department administrators create and manage individual officer accounts from the secure web admin portal.

Officers do not self-register. All accounts are created and approved by a department administrator. This ensures your agency maintains control over who has access to the platform.

Department onboarding process

  1. 1Send a demo request with your agency name, contact information, county or city, and approximate officer count.
  2. 2We set up a department account, configure your agency’s profile, and send login credentials to the designated department administrator.
  3. 3The department administrator logs into the web admin portal, creates officer accounts, assigns roles, and optionally configures department Miranda wording and email recipient rules.
  4. 4Officers download the LEOnidas mobile app (iOS or Android), sign in with their department credentials, and begin using case analysis, SFST worksheets, DIC-24, and Miranda workflows.

Individual officer access

Authorized Texas peace officers whose agencies are not yet onboarded can request individual access. Individual accounts use the same features as department accounts, though department-level admin controls and custom Miranda wording require a department account.

Do not enter real subject names, case file numbers from active investigations, CJIS-regulated data, personally identifiable information, or any protected law enforcement records.
